Overview

We are seeking a resilient, strategic, and self‑driven Key Account Manager (Business Access Manager m/f/d) to lead biosimilar product innovations for a client‑dedicated role in the Niedersachen and Bremen territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional access and sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Build strong relationships with key account prescribers and healthcare decision‑makers.
  • Identify target customers by maintaining and analyzing customer records and produce an appropriate territory business plan.
  • Educate target audiences on the value proposition of our biosimilar product portfolio.
  • Identify access barriers and develop tailored solutions to gain market entry and drive adoption.
  • Utilize CRM and planning tools to track progress and optimize outreach.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Lead local market access initiatives and support internal teams with training and market insights.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Proficient in German and English.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical market access or sales, preferably with biosimilars or specialty care.
  • Experience in biosimilars or therapy areas such as rare disease, haematology, nephrology, immunology, oncology, endocrinology, orthopaedics, or rheumatology.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare systems at national and local levels, ideally with contract negotiation experience with large buyers.
  • Proven ability to open new markets and drive access strategy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
