Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung im Lebensmittelbereich von Vorteil, aber nicht erforderlich.

Aufgaben

• Implementieren und Einhalten etablierter Betriebsprozesse laut dem aktuellen organisatorischen Handbuch (OHB).
• Prüfen von Lieferdokumenten, Einfuhrunterlagen und eingehenden Waren der Fellprodukte.
• Kommunikation mit Jägern und Pflege von Statistiken.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and adhere to established operational processes according to the current organizational handbook (OHB).
• Manage the hunting notices and subsequent notices.
• Check delivery notes, import documents, and incoming goods of the fell products.
• Handle complaints (rejections).
• Communicate with hunters and maintain statistics.
• Coordinate with drivers for fell product pickups.

Profile:

• Completed vocational training in a commercial profession or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in the food sector is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent German language skills, performance-oriented, and safety-conscious.
• Effective communication skills with other departments.
