  • Lead and develop the finance team of 5 employees (2 controllers, 3 accountants).
  • Manage budget, forecast, and monthly analysis and reporting.
  • Optimize production processes through KPI analysis.
  • Responsible for consolidated financial statements according to HGB.
  • Further develop controlling processes and structures, optimize business processes.
  • Identify efficiency improvements.
The Successful Candidate
  • Successfully completed business studies, preferably with a focus on finance or controlling.
  • Several years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the machinery industry or related manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience and experience in medium-sized companies.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting according to HGB (ideally with consolidated financial statements).
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Experience with ERP systems, Excel, and BI tools.
  • Can-do attitude and hands-on leadership style, persuasiveness.
