YOUR ROLE:

As a Junior Venture Architect, you will work in a growing and dynamic innovation team to identify customer needs, develop innovation plans, manage, and execute these plans until market launch. You will play a crucial role in identifying, nurturing, and shaping innovative ventures. You will work closely with start‑ups, entrepreneurs, and internal teams to architect and guide the development of disruptive projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and fostering an environment of constant innovation. Fast results and output are enabled through low hierarchies, short decision‑making processes, and a creative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ideation Manager

• Thoroughly analysing industry/market trends, processes and customer needs to identify disruptions that could be applied within our business.
• Filling the ideation funnel with new ideas from the markets and transferring them into innovative product concepts and business models.
• Facilitating collaboration among team members and stakeholders to explore new concepts

2. Product Owner

• Delivering, leading and coordinating innovation projects from problem identification to validated MVPs.
• Taking responsibility for the implementation of operational MVPs & scale of successful cases into EAR current business models.
• Controlling the budget for each venture project.

3. Project Manager

• Developing and maintaining project plans, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Orchestrating and steering cross‑functional innovation teams, consisting of various external delivery partners, such as UX/UI designers, marketing agencies and other solution providers.

4. Stakeholder & Partner Manager

• Reporting project status and KPIs to internal and external stakeholders and partners.
• Creating transparency and visibility of the vision and goals of the innovation projects and transferring agile working methods into the core business.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, strategy or similar.
• Basic understanding of the process and methodology of agility and innovation techniques (e.g., SCRUM, Design Thinking, Lean Start‑up).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment together with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbally.
• Flexibility to travel when required.
