Huawei invites applications for a Junior Supply Chain Logistics Specialist in Düsseldorf. You will join our Fresh Graduate Program designed to develop future leaders in logistics and supply chain across the Huawei network.

In this role you will manage import/export activities, coordinate transport with service providers, and support customs procedures while collaborating with internal teams and external brokers to meet customer timelines.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain-related field.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding or international trade preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver license preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage import and export customs clearance activities with brokers.
• Arrange transportation from ports to warehouses in Germany via logistics service providers (LSPs).
• Coordinate daily customs clearance and transportation activities to meet deadlines.
• Support customs inspections with internal experts and external brokers.
• Monitor supplier service performance to ensure agreed service levels.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Title: Junior Supply Chain Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) - Graduate Program

Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage import and export customs clearance activities in cooperation with customs brokers
• Arrange transportation from customs ports to warehouses/sites in Germany through logistics service providers (LSPs)
• Coordinate daily customs clearance and transportation activities to ensure timely processing according to customer requirements and requested arrival dates
• Support customs inspections in cooperation with internal experts and external customs brokers
• Monitor and manage supplier service performance to ensure agreed service levels are maintained
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and support the identification of solutions based on customer requirements
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Logistics or Supply Chain-related field of study, preferred with project experience
• Experience in logistics, corresponding know-how in freight forwarding or international trade preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid Driver license preferred
  

Language skills:

• Fluent German and English skills (C1 - C2 level mandatory)
