Huawei invites graduates to join a Project Management Assistant (m/f/d) Graduate Program based in Düsseldorf or Bonn, Germany. You will support the project manager across the project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling and stakeholder communication.

The program offers mentorship, early exposure to customer engagements and cross-functional teamwork, with language requirements German and English (C1-C2).

Qualifikationen

• Recent graduation (2025/2026) with a degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, or Telecommunications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.

Aufgaben

• Maintain the project management database from initiation to close.
• Create project resource forecasts and coordinate resources.
• Support budget planning, quality planning, and risk management.
• Oversee customer purchase orders from entry to revenue recognition.
• Present small projects to internal and external stakeholders under supervision.

Job Title: Project Management Assistant (m/f/d) - Graduate Program

Job Location: Düsseldorf or Bonn, Germany

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain the project management database to initiate, plan, deliver, handover and close projects;
• Create project resource forecasts and coordinate corresponding resources;
• Support the project manager in budget planning and budget control, quality planning and quality control, as well as help to evaluate on risk and issue management;
• Oversee the customer purchase order management from order entry up to billing and revenue recognition supporting the successful commercial closure of projects including management of contract change;
• Under supervision of project manager present small projects including communication to all internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Recent graduation (2025/2026) with Bachelor/ Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Information technologies, Telecommunication or similar field of studies;
• Strong communication skills and ability adapt to fast-changing environment;
• Good team spirit and ability to tackle challenges within multicultural business environment to achieve push and win projects.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency German and English (C1-C2 level) skills mandatory
