As the Junior Strategic Operations Manager, working closely with the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Products, Engineering, and Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the SVP’s day-to-day activities run seamlessly. This dynamic role involves managing preparation of meetings and workshops, coordinating meetings across F24 international teams, handling confidential information, preparing reports, and providing proactive administrative support to enable the SVP to focus on strategic priorities. Your organizational skills, discretion, and ability to anticipate needs will be key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support, including preparation of meetings and workshops, alignment with key stakeholders, documentation of workshops.
- Schedule and coordinate high-level meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
- Draft presentations, reports, and correspondence, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation with high attention to detail.
- Act as the primary liaison between the SVP and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional projects and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables.
- Organize team events, off-sites, and leadership sessions as needed.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools like Slack, Confluence, and project management software.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- First experience in supporting senior executives or willingness to grow in this area, preferably in a technology or product-driven environment.
- Ideally first experience in a global organization.
- Understanding of product development, engineering processes, and operational workflows is a plus.
- First experience in management of smaller projects and / or structuring work packages and deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as hands-on mentality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus but not a Must).
