Your role
  • Build internal tools and AI-driven features to automate research workflows and accelerate global market research projects
  • Implement and extend backend and frontend services using Python, Django, HTMX and JavaScript, including RESTful APIs, data models, and background tasks
  • Maintain and improve existing web applications and automation scripts, including bug fixes, refactoring, and performance tuning
  • Coordinate closely with experienced software developers and internal teams to create innovative, bespoke solutions
  • Assist in integrating automation and AI solutions into existing processes
Your profile
  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable subject.
  • Good Python programming skills and familiarity with Django (or another Python web framework)
  • Initial professional experience as a software developer, ideally in AI and automation or natural language processing
  • Eagerness to stay ahead of fast-moving trends in prompt engineering and intelligent data retrieval, and to bring new ideas and techniques into your daily work
  • Fluency in English (German optional)
