Job Title: Junior Retail Media Campaign Manager (m/f/d)

Job Description

Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Support the setup, launch, and optimization of retail media campaigns, ensuring all brand activations run smoothly and deliver on client objectives.
  • Translate commercial agreements into actionable campaign plans, coordinating with internal marketing, design, and data teams.
  • Manage timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns go live as planned.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively suggest optimizations based on data and client feedback.

Client & Partner Support

  • Act as a day-to-day contact for brand and agency partners during campaign execution.
  • Prepare campaign reports, performance summaries, and learnings to share with clients and internal teams.
  • Support the sales and vendor management teams in executing signed agreements, ensuring all deliverables and commitments are met.

Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Track and report on campaign KPIs (CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.) to evaluate success and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with the broader retail media team to refine processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of Flink’s retail media operations.

Qualifications

  • You have 1–2 years of experience in retail media, digital marketing, campaign management, or account management — ideally within FMCG or e-commerce.
  • You’re organized, reliable, and take ownership of ensuring deals and campaigns are executed successfully.
  • You’re persistent and proactive — when things don’t go as planned, you stay solution-oriented and find ways to make them work.
  • You enjoy collaborating with others and communicating clearly with colleagues, brands, and agencies.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and are excited to help improve processes and workflows.
  • You have strong analytical skills and use data to evaluate and optimize campaign performance.
  • You speak fluent English and German; Dutch is a plus.
