Zusammenfassung

Westwing Group AG is hiring a Junior Quality Manager to proactively manage product quality across the Westwing Collection. You will partner with Buying, Creative and Engineering to address supplier and customer feedback and implement solutions that enhance the product experience for our international customer base.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with focus on manufacturing/quality management or a finished apprenticeship within manufacturing, furniture craftsmanship or upholstery.
  • 1+ years of experience in a quality management role or working as a furniture craftsman.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English.

Aufgaben

  • Analyse supplier and product performance data and trends to determine key focus areas for improving overall product quality.
  • Work in a cross-functional team to solve problems and implement improvements across our Westwing Collection portfolio, continuously enhancing the quality of our products.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to optimise quality tracking, data analysis, and reporting processes.
  • Enhance and refine existing quality standards, adapting them as required for new projects and aligning these with suppliers.
  • Build strong, trust based relationships with our suppliers across Asia and Europe, supporting them to improve quality and guiding them through the corrective action process to resolve problems.
  • Act as the key point of contact for customer, delivery, and design service teams for all product quality-related issues affecting your product categories.

JOIN OUR TEAM

As a Junior Quality Manager you will work to ensure that our Westwing Collection products meet our high quality standards. You will proactively manage the overall product quality for our existing portfolio of products, taking feedback directly from touchpoints with our suppliers and customers. You will work closely with our Buying, Creative and Engineering teams, to solve problems, determine solutions and implement improvements that will enhance the product experience for our international customer base. This position is permanent and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Analyse supplier and product performance data and trends to determine key focus areas for improving overall product quality
  • Work in a cross-functional team to solve problems and implement improvements across our Westwing Collection portfolio, continuously enhancing the quality of our products

YOU COME WITH
