Zusammenfassung

meteocontrol sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Ingenieur/in für die Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung von Überwachungs- und Regelungslösungen im Bereich PV, BESS und Hybridanlagen. Sie arbeiten bundesweit und international an anspruchsvollen Projekten und koordinieren mit Kunden, Energieversorgern und Netzbetreibern.

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit, verfügen über PLC-Kenntnisse sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und reisen bis zu 30 % der Zeit.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung.
• Berufserfahrung in einem relevanten industriellen oder technischen Umfeld.
• Kenntnisse in PLC-Programmierung.
• Interesse an Photovoltaik, Netzintegration, Regelungstechnik, Hybridanlagen und Batteriespeichern.
• Analytisches Denken und problemlösendes Arbeiten.
• Kundenorientierte Haltung mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein in einem projektorientierten Umfeld.
• Strukturierte Dokumentation mit Tools wie YouTrack, Salesforce oder Confluence.
• Grundlegende IT- und Netzwerktechnikkenntnisse; gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Reisebereitschaft bis 30 %; teamorientierte Arbeitsweise.

Aufgaben

• Koordination der Anforderungen mit Kunden, Energieversorgern und Netzbetreibern.
• Umsetzung und Anpassung von Kommunikationsprotokoll-Konversionen und zusätzlichen Leistungsregelungsfunktionen via PLC-Programmierung.
• Nutzung von anlagenspezifischer Dokumentation, einschließlich Protokollen und Verdrahtungsplänen.
• Fern- und Vor-Ort-Inbetriebnahme von Überwachungs- und Leistungsregelungslösungen für PV, BESS und Hybridanlagen in Deutschland und weltweit.
• Führung von Subunternehmern während der Inbetriebnahme von einem Remote-Standort.
• Bereitstellung von Verifikationsdienstleistungen für Anlagenzertifizierungen.
• Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting bei komplexen technischen Problemen beim Kunden.
• Vor-Ort-Bewertung bestehender Systeme für Nachrüstprojekte.
• Zusammenarbeit mit PLC & Commissioning Team sowie weiteren Teams der C&I Solutions Abteilung.

• Management of subcontractors during commissioning activities from a remote location.
• Provision of verification services for plant certification.

• On-site assessment of existing monitoring and power control solutions for retrofit projects with meteocontrol solutions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with the PLC & Commissioning team and other teams within the C&I Solutions department, including Technical Design, Proposal and GCC.

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or a completed apprenticeship in a related technical field.
• Professional experience in a relevant industrial or technical environment.
• Knowledge of PLC programming.
• Interest in photovoltaics, grid integration, control technology, hybrid systems and battery storage solutions.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented working style.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility in a project-driven environment.
• Ability to maintain structured documentation using tools such as YouTrack, Salesforce or Confluence.
• Basic IT and network technology skills as well as good communication skills in German and English.
• Willingness to travel (up to 30%) and a collaborative team-player mentality.
