Zusammenfassung

meteocontrol GmbH is seeking a technically skilled engineer to analyze grid code regulations and determine compliance. You will optimize control loops and support simulation models while collaborating with Development, Product Management, and local experts.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, have experience with grid code compliance, and can read complex technical documents. English is essential; German proficiency is expected and Spanish is a plus.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience in grid code compliance.
• Experience with simulation tools such as Simulink, PSCAD, or PowerFactory is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to understand and interpret complex technical documents.
• Affinity for theoretical work and analytical problem-solving.
• Responsible, reliable, and conscientious way of working.
• Ability to create clear, well‑structured, and understandable technical documentation.
• Language skills: Fluent in English and intermediate proficiency in German; Spanish is a plus.
