Zusammenfassung

meteocontrol sucht einen Ingenieur (Elektrotechnik/Automatisierung) mit Erfahrung in PLC-Programmierung und Netzintegration für Fern- und Vor-Ort-Inbetriebnahmen weltweit. Sie koordinieren Anforderungen mit Kunden, Energieversorgern und Netzbetreibern und setzen Protokolle sowie weitere Regelfunktionen um.

Sie dokumentieren sorgfältig mit Tools wie YouTrack, Salesforce oder Confluence, reisen bis zu 30% und arbeiten eng mit dem PLC & Commissioning Team sowie weiteren Abteilungen zusammen.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik/Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
• Berufserfahrung in einem industriellen oder technischen Umfeld.
• Kenntnisse in PLC-Programmierung wünschenswert.
• Interesse an Photovoltaik, Netzintegration, Regelungstechnik und Batteriespeichern.
• Analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit strukturierter Dokumentation.
• Kundenorientierte Haltung mit Ownership in projektorientierter Umgebung.
• Grundkenntnisse IT/Netzwerk sowie gute Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch.
• Reisebereitschaft bis 30 % und Teamplayer-Mentalität.

Aufgaben

• Koordination von Anforderungen mit Kunden, Energieversorgern und Netzbetreibern.
• Implementierung und Anpassung von Protokollumsetzungen und zusätzlichen Regelfunktionen via PLC-Programmierung.
• Nutzung von projektbezogener Dokumentation (Protokolle, Verdrahtungspläne).
• Fern- und Vor-Ort-Inbetriebnahme von Überwachungs- und Leistungsregelungslösungen weltweit.
• Führung externer Subunternehmer während Inbetriebnahmen aus dem Remote-Bereich.
• Bereitstellung von Verifikationsdiensten für Anlagenzertifizierungen.
• Fehleranalyse und Fehlersuche beim Kunden vor Ort.
• Andockung bestehender Monitoring-/Regelungslösungen für Retrofit-Projekte.
• Zusammenarbeit mit PLC & Commissioning Team sowie anderen Abteilungen (Technical Design, Proposal, GCC).

• Management of subcontractors during commissioning activities from a remote location.
• Provision of verification services for plant certification.

• On-site assessment of existing monitoring and power control solutions for retrofit projects with meteocontrol solutions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with the PLC & Commissioning team and other teams within the C&I Solutions department, including Technical Design, Proposal and GCC.

Your profile:

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or a completed apprenticeship in a related technical field.
• Professional experience in a relevant industrial or technical environment.
• Knowledge of PLC programming.
• Interest in photovoltaics, grid integration, control technology, hybrid systems and battery storage solutions.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented working style.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility in a project-driven environment.
• Ability to maintain structured documentation using tools such as YouTrack, Salesforce or Confluence.
• Basic IT and network technology skills as well as good communication skills in German and English.
• Willingness to travel (up to 30%) and a collaborative team-player mentality.
