VoiceLine GmbH in Munich is seeking a Junior Product Engineer to own features end to end—from idea to production—while working full-stack with a backend focus and applying AI to core product capabilities.

You will bridge Product, Design, AI, and Customer Delivery teams, interact with customers, and grow through a multi-year plan. The role offers flexible hours, remote work options, and a modern Munich office.

Qualifikationen

• Work full-stack with a focus on backend, building robust and scalable features across the entire product.
• Design and implement AI-powered features that are core to our product, from prototype to production.
• Own product features end to end — from initial concept and technical design through to delivery and iteration.
• Act as the bridge between Product, Design, AI, and Customer Delivery teams, translating complex technical realities into clear, actionable communication.
• Engage directly and ad hoc with customers to understand their needs and feed that insight back into the product.

As a Junior Product Engineer at VoiceLine, you will own features end to end — from shaping the idea to shipping production-ready code. You’ll work full-stack with a focus on backend, bring your AI expertise to features that are core to our product, and act as the connective tissue between Product, Design, AI, and Customer Delivery teams. You’ll be a crucial part of our journey, directly shaping how AI reshapes the nature of work in field sales.
This is not a junior position dedicated to low level tasks.
