Job summary

Harvey Nash Group in Germany is seeking a Junior Master Data & Business Data Administrator to ensure data quality and govern master data across the organization. You will handle material, product, customer, and business data updates and support export documentation.

The role focuses on data quality, governance, classification, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, offering exposure to ERP systems and collaboration with global brands. Fluency in English and strong Excel skills are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational qualification.
• Initial professional experience in master data management or administrative tasks.
• Analytical mindset and an independent, structured approach to work.
• Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of JIRA is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Oracle.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update material, product, customer, and business master data.
• Ensure data quality through audits, validations, and data clean-up activities.
• Classify new and existing parts and support customs-related classification requirements.
• Create and maintain manual export documentation.
• Record and track customer feedback regarding installation and quality issues.

• Create statistics, KPIs, and reports related to quality and master data.
• Support process improvements and data management projects.
