Robert Bosch GmbH invites graduates to join the Junior Managers Program to shape global supply chains. Over a 12 to 24-month journey, you will rotate through departments in Germany and worldwide, diving into data, processes, and networks to master complexity and rethink supply chains.

You will bring ideas, test new approaches, and see the impact on real logistics. The program offers mentoring, a global trainee community, and a hybrid, permanent contract.

Qualifikationen

We are looking for logistics-oriented master’s graduates with a drive to make a difference, who will redefine Bosch's supply chain in our Junior Managers Program. Over an intensive 12 to 24-month journey, you will become part of one of the most critical systems of a global enterprise: the supply chain. You will rotate through various departments—in Germany and worldwide—and dive deep into the world of data, processes, and global networks. Your mission: master complexity and rethink supply chains.

You won't just collaborate—you will change things. You will bring in your own ideas, test new approaches, and directly see the impact of your work on real supply chains.

Your academic foundation:

You have graduated with an outstanding (full-time) Master's degree, e.g., in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Informatics, or Business Administration. Topics such as supply chain, data analysis, or digitalization genuinely interest you—not just in theory.
