As a JMP in Procurement, you will take on challenging tasks in strategic and operational purchasing for raw materials, production materials and services. You will optimize procurement processes and help shape the digital transformation of procurement.

You will spend 12-24 months at various stations in Germany and abroad to expand your professional expertise and better understand the importance of purchasing as a central interface between sales, logistics, controlling and production, develop procurement strategies, support them with data analyses, prepare complex negotiations and conduct them bilaterally and/or via online auctions, model processes and optimize IT tools.

Together with us, you will lay the foundations for your future as a manager. For us, leadership means continuously advancing yourself and other people, influencing existing processes and thus achieving challenging, entrepreneurial and meaningful goals.

Please be aware that this opening is for 2026.

  • Flexible starting date all year round and a permanent employment contract.
  • Design your program with up to 6 stations in different areas. You will change at least one function and one area and get to know the world of digitalization & AI at one of your stops. You will also work at a location abroad.
  • You will build up knowledge of purchasing, market know-how and the Bosch organization. This will enable you to help shape the future of procurement and its digital transformation.

  • Background: You have completed your master's or diploma degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, technical business administration, mechanical engineering, computer science or business administration with above-average grades. You may already have an MBA, PhD or some professional experience.
  • Experience and know‑how: You have at least 3 months of experience abroad and have gained initial practical experience in purchasing or supply chain management and/or in the IT environment. You have a very good command of English and German.
