The Junior Manager, Regional Business Optimization & Customer Implementation is responsible for providing project support and coordination during customer onboarding activities. This role focuses on delivering defined tasks, maintaining documentation, and supporting stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

The position can be based in Switzerland, Germany, Czech Republic or Netherlands.

How you will contribute
Customer Implementation Support

Assist in the coordination of customer implementation projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time.

  • Prepare project status updates for Managers and Sr. Managers.
  • Support post-implementation reviews by collecting feedback and lessons learned.
Project Management Support
  • Maintain project trackers and documentation for assigned projects.
  • Prepare project status updates for Managers and Sr. Managers.

Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute observations and suggestions for improving project delivery processes.
  • Support automation and digitization activities as directed.
Training and Development
  • Assist in preparing training materials for DP World branches, customers, and suppliers.
  • Participate in training sessions to build knowledge of implementation processes.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Gather and validate project data for reporting purposes.
  • Provide basic analysis to support KPI tracking and performance reporting.
Your key qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service roles.
  • Basic knowledge of freight forwarding operations and customer onboarding.
  • Familiarity with project management principles is an advantage.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI a plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages an advantage.
