Position Description

As Junior Management Consultant you will be contributing to CGIs project success, while supporting our clients and senior executives on Business Case, decision papers, marketing & sales material as well as business modelling.

Responsibilities

• Perform project work packages independently and contribute to overall project success.
• Proof of concepts including business case modelling and numerical support of business decisions at strategic, tactical and operational levels.
• Development of conceptual solutions in different functions (IT, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Procurement).
• Business implementation of approved solutions.
• Business development support of senior executives with presentations and marketing material.
• Knowledge sharing and personal development.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Very good communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate with different levels across organizational structures.
• Independent good structured thinker with proactive approach.
• Orientation on results.
• Time and stress management.
• Fluency in German & English language (mandatory).

• Completed studies (Master's degree).
• Project work experience in (IT) consulting company, strategy/project unit of a blue chip organization or start-up (not mandatory for Junior position).
