Job summary

Bentley Group in Hechingen is seeking a finance professional to support the management of national and international IT projects. You will contribute to KPI, financial and management reports for IT and sales, and assist with forecasts, budgets and analyses.

You will collaborate with IT, Sales and Project Management, help with monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and drive optimization of controlling, reporting and planning processes. On-site role in Hechingen.

Qualifications

• Degree in controlling, finance or accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Some practical experience in controlling.
• Strong analytical skills and structured approach.

Job description

You will support the business management of our national and international IT projects.

You will contribute to the creation and refinement of KPI, financial, and management reports for IT and sales.

You will assist with forecasts, budgets, and business analyses.

Together with your team, you will serve as the point of contact for the IT, Sales, and Project Management departments regarding business-related questions.

You will assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as financial reporting.

You will support the optimization and automation of controlling, reporting, and planning processes.

Your profile

You have successfully completed a degree program with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting, or you have a comparable qualification.

You have some practical experience in controlling.

You have strong analytical skills and a structured approach to your work.

You enjoy working with numbers and have strong Excel skills; some experience with BI tools is a plus.

You communicate confidently in German and English and enjoy working in international teams.

You enjoy working on-site in Hechingen, take initiative, and are eager to further your professional development.
