Job Description
About your tasks
  • Managing the IT internal onboarding sessions of new joiners to enable a good start with warm welcome and creating a "one‑IT" feeling.
  • Own the documentation process for onboarding and off‑boarding external employees – ensuring contracts, NDAs, and onboarding steps are complete, ensuring to revoke accesses at the end of the collaboration.
  • Ensuring good time booking rate and accurate data for capitalization for all IT employees (internal and external), support in budgeting and controlling processes.
  • Designing and processing surveys for all‑IT including following up on the results.
  • Organizing IT communication meetings and events.

  • You’re confident working with senior stakeholders and maintaining visibility on tasks.
