Huawei in Düsseldorf is seeking a Junior IP Network Engineer (m/f/d) for a Graduate Program. You will participate in the design, implementation and support of IP solutions for routers, switches, WLAN and NMS across customer projects, with on-site and remote delivery.

We look for a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related ICT field, strong TCP/IP knowledge, routing, and familiarity with MPLS/VPN.

• Design, implement and support IP delivery solutions (routers/switches/WLAN/NMS).

Main Responsibilities:

Technical engineer for IP (router/switch/wlan/nms)

• Responsible for the planning, design and implementation of E2E delivery solution for our IP products, providing on-site or remote support for routers sales or delivery projects, ensure the successful delivery of project.
• Responsible for maintenance of the IP product for customers, Lead problem resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow Huawei internal flows and systems to support project delivery
• Primary interface and point of reference for the customer's technical and engineering staff inquiries and follow-up

Requirements:

• Recent Graduate Student with Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science or similar ICT-related filed of studies
• Master the TCP/IP principles, L2 protocol (STP, LACP, LLDP), routing protocol (OSPF, ISIS, BGP). Be familiar with MPLS, VPN, etc.
• The industry certificates are welcome and preferred. e.g. CCNA/CCNP/CCIE
• Ability to work in an international business environment
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills

Language skills:

• Fluent German and English skills (C1-C2) mandatory
