N26 in Berlin (hybrid with Barcelona) seeks an experienced iOS Engineer to join our Everyday Banking Payments Team. You will work on high-volume systems powering seamless customer experiences and contribute to bleeding-edge iOS solutions across the full production lifecycle.

Bring strong Swift/iOS expertise, architectural awareness (MVVM/VIPER/Modular), and a quality-first mindset with a collaborative, agile approach. Relocation support may be provided for candidates joining from abroad.

About the Opportunity

You will work in the Everyday Banking domain, within the Payments Team. This is where all payment and card transactions are being managed and processed by modern & high-volume systems that power the best customer experience possible. These teams make banking easy, reliable, seamless and secure - everyday for every customer.

This is a hybrid role from Barcelona or Berlin.

Our cross-functional teams are passionate about collaboration and sharing knowledge, as well as working with a high degree of autonomy. As an Android Engineer at N26, you will be encouraged to embrace the latest technological updates and given a platform to work on complex, interesting problems on a daily basis.

In this role, you will:

• Strong Swift & iOS SDK expertise, with a deep understanding of core concepts like concurrency, memory management, and local data persistence.

• Architectural awareness:Experience working with modern architecture patterns (MVVM, VIPER, or Modular Architecture) in large-scale codebases.

• Quality-first mindset:Hands-on experience writing robust unit and integration tests for critical app workflows.

• Collaborative attitude:Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset that thrives in an agile, cross-functional environment.
