Your responsibilities

• Transport Insurance: Shipment registration, claims handling, coordination with brokers / insurers, collaboration with logistics and legal teams.
• Property and Business Interruption Insurance: Maintenance and validation of insured values, claims coordination, clarification of coverage and exclusions, follow‑up on risk engineering recommendations.
• International Travel Health Insurance: Administration of insured persons, claims support, point of contact for policy‑related inquiries.
• Group Accident Insurance (Germany): Updating insured personnel data, handling claims, providing internal guidance.
• Global Liability Insurance: Claims management, clarification of policy coverage and exclusions, coordination with internal departments and insurers.
• Strategic Support to Head of Insurance (LIXIL EMENA): Resolving complex insurance and risk‑related issues, liaising with internal and external partners, supporting other corporate insurance programs as needed, and monitoring foreign insurance policy registers to identify and address potential coverage gaps.

Your profile

• Commercial, legal or insurance training
• Professional experience with an industrial insurer or industrial insurance broker
• Good knowledge of international industrial insurance
• Fluent in spoken and written German and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office and openness to new digital solutions
• Confident working in a fast‑paced, dynamic and global environment
