Your mission
  • Talent Acquisition: Independent end-to-end recruitment for all roles in assigned teams; development of suitable search strategies to fill vacancies; coaching hiring managers to ensure an excellent candidate experience
  • Person of Contact: Provide guidance and support to all employees of your teams, Lead conflict resolution & feedback sessions; conduct investigations into employee concerns and complaints
  • Leadership Support: Being a trusted partner of all team leads within your business areas; provide them with proactive feedback that improves our KPIs and people metrics (such as: team productivity, engagement, absence, retention, internal development & completion of performance management cycles); develop & deliver trainings for team leads on people related topics (e.g. hiring manager training,…)
  • People Operations: Coach and support end-users of HR systems & processes providing administrative support to resolve issues quickly & effective; contribute to the development, maintenance and interpretation of our HR policies and practices
  • People Analytics: Leading in problem-solving insights by connecting various feedback and people data to identify gaps and create recommendations on solutions to improve trends in turnover, retention, and key indicators of employee engagement
  • Change Management: Act as positive promoter of change into the organisation & support team leads & employees during transformation processes
  • Administration: Maintaining employees' records (hand file, HRIS system, reference letters, etc.); manage contractual modifications and carry out the inherent amendments; check absence procedures, rules and balances of your teams
  • Payroll: Prepare and provide accurate payroll information our external partner
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/ psychology and 2 years of relevant practical experience
  • Understanding of German labour law, payroll processes and employee lifecycle management
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion & confidentiality
  • Ability to effectively communicate across audiences, situations and contexts in both written and verbal format
  • Strong loyalty and high level of identification with the values and strategic direction of Enter
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to inspire and motivate employees; is able to communicate decisions to the team using clear and language; Willingness to be a positive promoter in transformation processes
