Responsibilities:

• Providing first-line technical support to users.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues on user devices.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
• Managing user accounts, access rights, and permissions (e.g., Active Directory).
• Logging, tracking, and resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
• Assisting with onboarding/offboarding processes (account setup, equipment provisioning).
• Maintaining documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Ensuring compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.

Must-haves:

• Experience as a Helpdesk / Technical Support Engineer or in a similar role for 1+ years.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS / Linux OS.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, user management, and access control.
• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
