We’re looking for a proactive and hands‑on Junior Event Manager to help bring Nextcloud to the global stage through exceptional event experiences. As part of our Global Event & Partner Marketing team you will support our Events team in delivering high‑impact event programs from large‑scale company‑owned events to industry conferences that build visibility, drive engagement, and support our global growth.

Tasks

• Plan, organize and execute events end‑to‑end, including major company events, international conferences, and partner‑driven activations.
• Collaborate with the team lead to shape and scale our global event strategy.
• Support the creation of event content, manage agendas, and coordinate speakers/keynotes to ensure engaging & relevant experiences.
• Lead multi‑channel event promotion efforts in coordination with Marketing and Communications.
• Align event goals and messaging with broader business objectives by working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
• Manage all event logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, venue selection, vendor coordination, staffing, and on‑site execution.
• Represent Nextcloud at global trade shows, conferences, and partner events.
• Track event performance, gather attendee feedback, and continuously improve future initiatives.
