This role offers hands-on learning across campaigns, newsletters, product descriptions, SEO content, and UX copy, with growth opportunities in a fast-paced global startup in Leipzig. Native-level English is essential.

What Will Your Role Be

Are you passionate about words, brands, and creating content that connects with people? As a Junior English Copywriter (m/f/d) , you'll support the creation and localization of engaging English-language content for our UK, US, and other international markets. Working alongside experienced colleagues and cross-functional teams, you'll have the opportunity to develop your copywriting skills across a wide range of channels and formats.

What You´ll Do

• Create engaging English-language copy for the UK, US, and other international markets.
• Write and adapt content for social media, campaigns, images and videos , as well as other marketing formats.
• Support the creation and localization of newsletters, website and landing page content, paid ads, product descriptions, SEO content, and UX copy .
• Adapt existing content to make it relevant and natural for different English-speaking audiences.
• Help ensure our brand voice and messaging remain consistent, clear, and audience-focused across channels.
• Support copy reviews, proofreading, and quality checks for internal and external communications.
• Contribute to content and A/B tests and help evaluate which copy works best for our audiences.
• Develop your understanding of the UK and North American markets , including linguistic and cultural differences.
• Support the creation and maintenance of copywriting guidelines and best practices .
• Take ownership of smaller copywriting tasks and projects, with guidance and support from more experienced team members.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, Product, Design, and other teams to bring campaigns and content initiatives to life.

What You´ll Bring

• Native or native-level English proficiency is an essential requirement for this role.
• You have an exceptional command of written English and an intuitive feel for tone, nuance, idiomatic language, and culturally appropriate communication.
• You are confident writing copy that feels authentic and natural to English-speaking audiences , particularly in the UK and US markets.
• You have a strong interest in copywriting, marketing, brands, and digital content .
• First practical experience in copywriting, content creation, marketing, editorial work, or a related field is a plus - whether through a first job, internship, freelance work, or personal projects.
• You enjoy understanding different audiences and adapting copy to different channels, formats, and markets.
• You have a good eye for detail and a strong sense of language quality, grammar, and consistency .
• You're curious about how content performs and eager to learn from data, feedback, and testing .
• You enjoy collaborating with different teams and disciplines.
• You can organize your own tasks and priorities while being comfortable asking for input and feedback.
• You're curious, eager to learn, and motivated to continuously develop your copywriting skills.
