To support our Customs team we are searching for a Junior Customs Coordinator (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

Tasks
  • Obtain necessary customs documents and supplier declarations
  • Prepare customs invoices and all other export-related documents for customer orders
  • Create export declarations via ATLAS
  • Classify/tariff goods
  • Handle all inquiries regarding customs clearance issues or delays
  • Collaborate with shipping service providers and customs authorities worldwide
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training (e.g. training as a foreign trade clerk, forwarding agent) or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in customs
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamics Navision is an advantage
  • Conscientious handling of customer data, sense of responsibility, and reliability
