Your Strength

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field (Master’s preferred)
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with NAV, BI tools, or other financial reporting systems is a plus
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial modeling
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of discretion when working with sensitive data
• A solution-oriented mindset with a "can-do" attitude
• Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written)

Your Contribution

• Support departments in achieving financial goals aligned with company strategy
• Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and HGB
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Provide ad hoc reporting and assist in high-visibility projects
• Help drive projects and initiatives including analysis, coordination, and measurement of the results
• Build strong internal partnerships by delivering timely and clear financial insights
• Support process improvement and standardization across the finance team
• Contribute to audits and tax filings by gathering data and preparing documentation
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reporting systems and finance tools
• Assist in training other departments in the correct use of finance systems and tools
