United States Digital Space LLC in Munich is seeking a security-focused client advisor for our InfoSec-SaaS platform. You will actively shape growth by managing the full customer lifecycle, onboarding to renewal, helping customers build scalable ISMS solutions and guiding audits such as ISO 27001 or TISAX.

You will use AI-powered tooling to deliver faster, higher-quality security consulting, support Sales and Customer Success with cross-selling, and translate customer insights into product

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of professional experience in IT, information security, or compliance.
• Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, structured way.
• Knowledge of information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, TISAX®, NIST.

You actively shape the company's growth by managing and expanding the full customer lifecycle for our InfoSec-SaaS product.

• You advise customers on information security using our platform and build scalable ISMS solutions from scratch.
• You act as a trusted partner, guiding customers through audits (e.g. ISO 27001 or TISAX®)
• You leverage AI-powered tooling to deliver faster, more consistent, and higher-quality security consulting outcomes.
• You support Sales and Customer Success with cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for existing customers.
• You drive the evolution of our InfoSec solution by translating customer insights into actionable product feedback.

THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT the company

You have at least 1 year of professional experience in IT, information security, compliance, or have a lead-implementer or auditor certificate.

• You are passionate about technology, security, AI, and how companies can operate safely in a digital world.
• You have a basic understanding of information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, TISAX®, NIST or other management frameworks
• You enjoy working with customers and can explain complex topics in a simple and structured way.
• You are comfortable using AI tools to work smarter, learn faster and continuously improve how work gets done.
• You have excellent German and English communication skills
