You Will

• Active participate in the implementation of MaRisk requirements together with the compliance officer
• Further develop modern governance structures and digital compliance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Prepare the annual compliance risk assessment in close cooperation with relevant units
• Monitor regulatory developments, evaluate new requirements and coordinate implementation with the specialist departments
• Ensure the implementation of regulatory requirements through tracking and monitoring in the respective areas
• Be responsible for regular reporting to management and coordination of cross-departmental special topics in the compliance environment
• Advise and train employees on legal and regulatory requirements – based on inquiries and audit results

Requirements

• Completed studies law, economics, etc.) or comparable legal qualification
• Initial practical experience (1-2 years) in compliance, auditing or testing – ideally in the banking environment
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements KWG, MaRisk, GwG) and their application in practice
• Strong understanding of effective and appropriate control processes
