Innomotics sucht am Standort Nürnberg eine(n) Junior Business Process Manager – Prozessintegration & Digitalization (m/w/d). Sie analysieren End-to-End-Geschäftsprozesse, unterstützen die Integration von oneCPQ und S&OP und arbeiten eng mit IT sowie Fachbereichen zusammen.

Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes oder bald abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Industrieingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar mit sowie erste BPM-Erfahrungen.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes oder kurz vor Abschluss stehendes Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Industrieingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar.
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im BPM, Prozessanalyse, Anforderungs engineering, Business Intelligence oder digitaler Transformation.
• Grundkenntnisse BPMN 2.0; SAP Signavio oder vergleichbare Tools werten.
• Grundkenntnisse zu S&OP, CPQ oder ähnlichen Prozessen von Vorteil.
• Erfahrung mit Data-Analyse- und Visualisierungstools wie Power BI/Power Apps vorteilhaft.

Aufgaben

• Analysieren, dokumentieren und modellieren End-to-End-Geschäftsprozesse.
• Unterstützen bei der Integration von oneCPQ und S&OP in die Prozesslandschaft.
• Identifizieren Schnittstellen, Abhängigkeiten, Lücken und Optimierungspotenziale.
• Begleiten bereichsübergreifender Workshops mit Prozessverantwortlichen und IT.
• Unterstützen Transparenz zu Fortschritt und Prioritäten.

Your future role.

• Analyze, document and model end-to-end business processes across functions.
• Contribute to maintaining a transparent overall process landscape.
• Support the integration of oneCPQ and S&OP into the overall process landscape.
• Identify process interfaces, dependencies, gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Capture and structure business requirements, decisions and open points.
• Act as an interface between process owners, business stakeholders and IT.
• Prepare and facilitate cross-functional workshops with process owners and IT.
• Support common process modeling standards and documentation principles.
• Identify digitalization, automation and AI-supported optimization potential together with CX & AI.
• Provide deputy support to the function lead in operational coordination, reporting and the preparation and follow-up of management topics.
• Coordinate actions across stakeholders, track decisions and open points, and provide transparency on progress and priorities.

Your profile.

• Completed or about to complete university degree in business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable field.
• Initial practical experience in business process management, process analysis, requirements engineering, business intelligence or digital transformation.
• Basic knowledge of process modeling methods such as BPMN 2.0; experience with SAP Signavio or comparable process modeling tools is an advantage.
• Initial knowledge of S&OP, CPQ or comparable cross-functional business processes is an advantage.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI and Power Apps is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to understand and structure cross-functional end-to-end processes.
• Confident communication and collaboration skills when working with business stakeholders, process owners and IT.
• Independent, structured and proactive way of working combined with a strong team spirit.
• High affinity for digitalization, automation and AI-supported process optimization.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
