We are looking for a (Junior) Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to help grow our global community. You will work closely with our Product, Research, and Advisory teams to actively identify new business, develop strategic customer relationships, and turn market potential into concrete growth opportunities.

Your tasks
  • Conduct end-to-end sales activities including prospecting and developing opportunities in SMB and Large Enterprise accounts
  • Analyze and qualify market opportunities to assess customer needs and business potential
  • Demonstrate a solution-based approach to selling, manage the full sales cycle, and possess excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Manage opportunities by tracking performance, conversion rates, and pipeline development in Salesforce
  • Expand your knowledge of IAM and Cybersecurity industries
  • Continuously improve our sales processes and market approaches through feedback and best practices
Your profile
  • Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or similar, or comparable commercial qualification; career changers are also welcome
  • Up to 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales, business development, or related fields
  • Enthusiasm for IAM, Cybersecurity, and digital trends
  • Strong sense of customer needs and the ability to convey complex content in an understandable way
  • A track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement
  • CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems (required)
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Independent, structured, and reliable approach
  • A passion for a collaborative working environment
