neuefische GmbH is seeking a Junior AI Architect Teacher to introduce students to foundational AI concepts, tools, and practices. You will deliver structured instruction while fostering an engaging, hands-on learning environment.

You will guide students through AI engineering fundamentals, Python, APIs, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG, balancing theory with practical projects. Collaboration with senior staff and a focus on responsible AI complete the role.

Aufgaben

• Teach AI fundamentals and deliver 2-3 weekly lessons covering Python, APIs, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agents, databases, cloud, ML, and responsible AI.
• Provide technical mentoring to students on Python, GitHub, APIs, databases, LLM tools, cloud platforms, Docker, and development environments.
• Support curriculum delivery by following lesson plans, assisting senior instructors, preparing exercises and demos, and adapting to student needs.
• Teach AI architecture and systems thinking, helping students understand component connections and trade-offs around cost, quality, speed, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Guide practical AI development by leading projects from problem definition to deployment (chatbots, RAG, AI assistants, search tools, automation, agents).
• Support student learning by identifying knowledge gaps, giving feedback, and monitoring progress.
• Supervise projects and capstones: scope, technology selection, architecture design, prototyping, evaluation, documentation, and presentations.
• Assess academic progress: review assignments, GitHub repos, projects, attendance, and communicate with the instructional team.
• Engage with students in classrooms, online sessions, Discord, chats, and Q&A, maintaining inclusivity and collaboration.
• Contribute to curriculum improvement by staying current with AI technologies and industry practices.

Role Overview

As a Junior AI Architect Teacher, your role is to introduce students to the foundational concepts, tools, and practices required to develop and understand modern AI-powered applications and systems. You are responsible for delivering clear, structured instruction while creating an engaging, supportive, and hands-on learning environment.

You guide students through the fundamentals of AI engineering, Python, APIs, LLMs, prompt engineering, data preparation, AI application architecture, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, databases, deployment, and responsible AI practices. You balance theoretical concepts with practical implementation and real-world projects.

Working closely with senior instructors, coaches, teaching assistants, and the academic team, you contribute to curriculum delivery, student assessment, project supervision, and continuous improvement of the learning experience.

• Teach AI fundamentals - Deliver 2-3 lessons weekly covering Python, APIs, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agents, databases, cloud, ML, and responsible AI.
• Provide technical mentoring - Help students debug and troubleshoot Python, GitHub, APIs, databases, LLM tools, cloud platforms, Docker, and development environments.
• Support curriculum delivery - Follow lesson plans, assist senior instructors, prepare exercises and demos, and adapt teaching to student needs.
• Teach AI architecture & systems thinking - Help students understand how components connect and make informed trade-offs around cost, quality, speed, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Guide practical AI development - Lead students through building chatbots, RAG systems, AI assistants, search tools, automation workflows, and agent-based applications from problem definition through deployment.
• Support student learning & progress - Identify knowledge gaps, provide constructive feedback, encourage independent problem-solving, and monitor individual development.
• Supervise projects and capstones - Help students define scope, select technologies, design architecture, build prototypes, evaluate systems, document decisions, and prepare presentations.
• Assess and manage academic progress - Review assignments, GitHub repositories, projects, attendance, daily protocols, and development records while communicating concerns and achievements to the instructional team.
• Engage and communicate with students - Provide support in classrooms, online sessions, Discord, chats, and Q&A channels while maintaining an inclusive and collaborative learning environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement - Collaborate with instructors and coaches, improve curriculum materials, stay current with AI technologies and industry practices, and promote responsible, secure, and ethical AI development.
