Junior Account Manager Social (all genders)
Your Tasks
  • Showcase strong project management skills with a keen focus on timelines and successful delivery within a single-market ecosystem.
  • Act as the dedicated point of contact for a specific client, ensuring seamless communication and service.
  • Lead and oversee communication initiatives from initial briefing through to project completion — including reporting, budget planning, and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, staying informed about their business landscape, competitors, and the latest industry trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, strategy, and paid media teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with KPIs and deliver impactful results.
  • Provide strategic consultation to clients, leveraging data and KPIs to guide decision‑making and optimize campaign performance.
Your Profile
  • Be a collaborative team player with a reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Bring 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in social media and agency environments.
  • Communicate fluently in both English and German, with strong business language skills.
  • Demonstrate proven project management expertise within an advertising agency setting.
  • Have a deep understanding of the social media landscape, from strategic planning to community management and performance reporting.
  • Stay ahead of mobility trends, with solid knowledge of traditional and social media platforms including X, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch.
  • Excel in PowerPoint design and Microsoft Office tools, with the ability to create compelling presentations and insightful reports.
  • Be open to occasional business travel, supporting client needs and campaign execution on‑site.
