About the Role

What Youll Do

• Provide accurate product and service information.
• Review and evaluate user-generated content.
• Enforce compliance with platform policies.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams.
• Ensure content quality, objectivity, and safety.

What We’re Looking For

• German fluency (C1 or higher).
• English proficiency (minimum B2).
• EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit in Portugal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work on‑site in Porto.
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends if needed.
