Overview

URGENT HIRING WELCOME BONUS : 3,000 euros (for German market, available until July 31st)

Location: Porto or Lisbon, Portugal (on-site or remote based in Portugal)

Language Requirements: German (C1+) + English (B2+)

Contract Type: Full-time, shifts (including weekends if required)

Relocation Support: Available for eligible candidates

What You’ll Do

• Customer Support — Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat; assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution; provide accurate product and service information; maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels
• Content Moderation — Review and evaluate user-generated content; enforce compliance with platform policies; escalate complex cases to specialized teams; ensure content quality, objectivity, and safety

What We’re Looking For

• German fluency (C1 or higher)
• English proficiency (minimum B2)
• EU citizenship or valid residence / work permit in Portugal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work on-site in Porto
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends if needed
