WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a System Engineer Camera and Driver View Systems (m / f / d), you will work in an interdisciplinary team on the design, specification and integration of future camera and driver view systems in our entire vehicle portfolio. The area of responsibility mainly relates to the electronics, function and software level. Your tasks will also include technical coordination with internal specialist departments and potential suppliers.

Your tasks :

• Analysis of current and future customer requirements
• Planning, implementation and documentation of concept studies and prototype setups
• Specification of system requirements for camera and driver vision systems
• Planning and implementation of development activities in the context of ISO 26262
• Supervision and coordination of subcontractors

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Completed engineering / scientific studies or comparable (e.g. specializing in electrical engineering, communications engineering, computer science)
• Experience with camera technology and image processing
• Experience with ISO 26262 compliant development
• Experience with FPGA programming desirable
• Knowledge of systems engineering and MBSE tools is an advantage
• Structured and independent way of working and ability to work in a team
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Willingness to occasionally travel domestically
