Responsibilities

• Убедиться, что RIB iTWO Bauen используется оптимально всеми пользователями.
• Обрабатывать запросы пользователей, проводить обучение и поддержку (training, офисные часы, выездные сессии).
• Развивать новые функциональности в RIB iTWO Bauen и внедрять улучшения для повышения usability и оценки проектов.
• Настраивать и документировать конфигурации в RIB iTWO Bauen, писать руководства и обучающие материалы.
• Оптимизировать рабочие процессы отдела в системе и поддерживать данные мастера.
• Проводить тестирования функциональности и интеграции перед обновлениями, взаимодействовать с IT.
• Обеспечивать первую и вторую линию поддержки по модулям по сметам, измерениям, инвойсам и управлению изменениями.
• Анализировать и устранять сбои в работе RIB iTWO Bauen.

• In this role, you ensure that the RIB iTWO Bauen project management software is used optimally by users throughout Bahnbau Gruppe to successfully deliver construction projects.
• As the point of contact for iTWO users, you handle all user enquiries, develop and deliver training and support formats (e.g. iTWO office hours, on-site intensive training), and advise users on using the software efficiently.
• You drive new functionalities in the RIB iTWO Bauen application, implement optimization needs to improve the software’s operational usability and project evaluations, and ensure their successful implementation.
• You set up and document system configurations in RIB iTWO Bauen, write user guides and manuals tailored to the needs of Bahnbau Gruppe, and create tutorials.
• You optimize department-specific workflows and processes in the system and map them in the system.
• You also support and coordinate master data updates and maintenance, and prepare and conduct functional and integration tests for system upgrades in collaboration with IT.
• You are responsible for first- and second-level support for the RIB iTWO Bauen program in the specialist areas of tender costing, measurement records and invoicing, performance measurement, and change order processing.
• You analyze and resolve faults and disruptions during ongoing operations to ensure the best possible performance of RIB iTWO Bauen.

Требования

• You have successfully completed a technical university degree with a focus on construction (e.g. as a civil engineer or an industrial engineer specializing in construction) and have substantial practical experience in the construction industry, for example as a tender cost estimator, construction manager, or construction accountant.
• You are very familiar with the RIB iTWO Bauen project management software, RIB 4.0, and possibly other RIB products, and have several years of professional experience supporting, administering, and configuring the software.
• You have excellent theoretical and practical knowledge of tender costing and specialist knowledge of construction accounting and construction project management, ideally on the contractor side.
• You have a strong affinity for IT and good technical understanding, as well as a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• You are a strong communicator, can explain specialist topics appropriately to different audiences, and enjoy working with people.
• As a team player, you are reliable and highly responsible, with a strong service orientation.
• You are enthusiastic about and willing to travel for this job.
