As a Data Engineer, you design and develop complex data integration solutions for demanding application and product environments You integrate, process and make usable heterogeneous data from different source systems, for example from batch, streaming or IoT applications Developing extensive data pipelines, data models and cloud-based data solutions with a high degree of technical complexity is part of your area of responsibility You develop suitable data and solution architectures, taking into account business processes and requirements for scalability, performance, security, maintainability and cost-effectiveness You specifically advance existing system landscapes by integrating new data solutions and coordinate the transition of production-ready solutions into operations Creating and evaluating comprehensive test concepts and ensuring traceable technical documentation are part of your responsibilities You plan and coordinate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and independently manage functional and technical dependencies As a subject matter expert, you advise internal customers, project leads and management on challenging data engineering issues

You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, a natural science or a comparable field.
