Zusammenfassung

Satisloh, part of EssilorLuxottica, is hiring an IT Infrastructure Lead for the EMEA region. You will lead infrastructure projects, oversee operations, and drive improvements across networks, servers, cloud services and collaboration tools.

You will manage an international team, shape budgets, ensure security standards, and partner with internal and external service providers to deliver reliable IT services for a global optics manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed computer science degree or equivalent with several years of work experience with server and network infrastructures.
• Experience in project work and leading projects.
• Good experience with collaboration solutions (preferably M365) and virtualization such as VMware.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP networks, LAN/WAN, switches/routers, telephony solutions, IP phones, and cybersecurity tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork.
• Fluent German and very good English are mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects in close cooperation with international teams of the Satisloh group.
• Responsible for operation and continuous development of IT infrastructure in the EMEA region (networks, servers, cloud services, endpoints, collaboration and communication solutions).
• Lead and develop the IT infrastructure team including performance reviews, coaching, talent management and succession planning.
• Plan, monitor and optimize the IT infrastructure budget and regular reporting.
• Ensure smooth IT operations through incident and service management and cooperation with internal and external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and information security standards and implement relevant policies. Definition, monitoring and continuous improvement of service levels (SLAs), KPIs and quality standards.
• Manage license management and procurement of IT hardware, software and services.
• Develop and implement standards, processes and best practices for a high-performance and forward-looking IT landscape.

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Leitung und Steuerung von IT-Infrastrukturprojekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams der Satisloh Gruppe
• Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur in der EMEA-Region (Netzwerke, Server, Cloud-Services, Endgeräte, Collaboration- und Kommunikationslösungen)
• Führung und Weiterentwicklung des IT-Infrastrukturteams inklusive Mitarbeitergesprächen, Coaching, Talentmanagement und Nachfolgeplanung.
• Planung, Überwachung und Optimierung des IT-Infrastruktur-Budgets sowie regelmäßiges Reporting.
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs durch Incident- und Service-Management sowie Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Dienstleistern.
• Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von IT-Sicherheits- und Informationssicherheitsstandards sowie die Umsetzung entsprechender Richtlinien.Definition, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Service Levels (SLAs), KPIs und Qualitätsstandards.
• Steuerung des Lizenzmanagements sowie der Beschaffung von IT-Hardware, Software und Dienstleistungen.
• Entwicklung und Implementierung von Standards, Prozessen und Best Practices für eine leistungsfähige und zukunftssichere IT-Landschaft.

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN

• Abgeschlossenes Informatik Studium oder vergleichbar mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung mit Server- und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen
• Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit und in der Leitung von Projekte
• Gute Erfahrungen mit Collaborations-Lösungen (vorzugsweise M365) und Virtualisierung wie VMWare-Systemen
• Gute Kenntnisse über TCP/IP-Netzwerke, LAN/WAN, Switches und Router, Telefonie-Lösungen, IP-Telefone sowie über Instrumente der Cybersicherheit
• Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich
