Job summary

Orizon GmbH vermittelt im Auftrag eines namhaften Kunden die Position des IT Training Tool Managers (m./w/d) im Bereich Technische Mediengestaltung am Standort Donauwörth. Sie verantworten das Lernmanagementsystem (LMS) sowie die Erstellung von Lerninhalten und Zertifikaten.

Sie bringen ein technisches Studium mit, verfügen über Erfahrung in IT/Projektmanagement und technischer Dokumentation, idealerweise in der Luftfahrtbranche, und beherrschen Englisch sicher (Deutschbasis).

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium in relevanten Fachrichtungen.
• Berufserfahrung in IT, Projektmanagement und technischer Dokumentation.
• Erfahrung im Luft- bzw. Helikopterbereich ist vorteilhaft.
• Kenntnisse von XML-Technologien und Single-Source-Publishing.
• Sichere Anwendung von MS-Office, Google Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Erfahrung in 3D-Visualisierung und Cornerstone LMS.
• Fließendes Englisch, Grundkenntnisse Deutsch; Französisch von Vorteil.

• Implementierung von Online-Zertifikaten und Uploads von Inhalten.
• Entwicklung von Schulungsmaterialien für Techniker- und Piloten-Training.
• Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung von Distance Learning.
• Webex-Support und Administration.
• Vorbereitung von Testsitzungen vor offiziellen Schulungen.
• Projektmanagement-Beteiligung (Ressourcen- und Budgetplanung, Erstellung von Leistungsbeschreibungen)
• Produktrevision und Konfigurationsmanagement.
• Analyse von Kunden-, Programm- und Instruktoranforderungen; Entwicklung und Überarbeitung.

Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Helicopters you are acting as IT Training Tool Manager (m/f/d) in the area of Technical Media Redaction at the location Donauwörth.

Your Responsibilities:

• Management of the Learning Management System (LMS)


• Creation of MLS user accounts, learning objects and learning paths


• Implementation of online certificates and uploads of online content


• Development of training materials for technician and pilot training


• Support and further development of distance learning


• Webex support and administration


• Preparation of test sessions prior to official training sessions with distance learning instructors


• Technical support for hosts and customers


• Participation in Project Management (resource and budget planning, development of statements of work and specifications)


• Product revision and Configuration Management


• Analysis of customer, program, and instructor requirements, including development and revision

Your Profile:

• Completed technical studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Media Informatics or comparable


• Professional experience in IT, Project Management and Technical Documentation


• Experience in the Aerospace / Helicopter sector, in production or maintenance is advantageous


• Knowledge of XML Technologies and Single-Source-Publishing


• User skills in MS-Office, Google Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, in 3D visualization software as well as in Cornerstone LMS


• Fluent English and basic German skills spoken and written


• French skills are advantageous
