We are looking for an IT Engineer to join our Microsoft-focused team. The successful candidates will support daily IT operations while driving adoption and optimization of Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory) and Intune services. You will work closely with colleagues across IT to ensure secure, efficient, and user-friendly workplace technology for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) including user lifecycle, conditional access policies, MFA, identity protection, and application integrations.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune for device management (Windows, iOS), compliance policies, and application deployment.
• Provide day-to-day support for IT operations including user account management, device troubleshooting, patching, and software deployment.
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Monitor and respond to IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
• Contribute to IT security posture by implementing and maintaining policies aligned with organizational standards.
• Assist in IT projects such as system migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and security enhancements.
• Document processes, procedures, and technical configurations.
• Collaborate with other IT team members and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration or support, preferably in a Microsoft-centric environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra (Azure AD): identity management, conditional access, MFA, SSO
• Solid hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune: device enrollment, compliance policies, endpoint security, application deployment
• Experience managing Windows 10/11 and mobile (iOS) devices
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Familiarity with security practices such as endpoint hardening, identity protection, and zero‑trust concepts
• Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation and administration tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
• Fluent German and English
