Zusammenfassung

Röchling Medical Solutions SE in Neuhaus am Rennweg sucht eine/n IT-Systemadministrator/in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Sie unterstützen Anwender, betreuen Serverlandschaft, Telefon- und Druckinfrastruktur und arbeiten im 8‑köpfigen regionalen IT-Team.

Sie arbeiten in einem flexiblen Schichtsystem und tragen zur Lösung technischer Anfragen bei. Das Aufgabenfeld umfasst auch Mitgestaltung neuerSchwerpunkte in Abstimmung mit dem Team.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene IT‑Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung mit Telefonanlagen und Druckdiensten.
• Grundkenntnisse in Softwareverteilung, Patch-Management, Gruppenrichtlinien und Monitoring sind vorteilhaft.
• Erfahrung im IT‑Support oder Helpdesk ist von Vorteil.
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt.
• Stark ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Teamgeist und hoher Service‑Gedanke.

• First-Level Support für Endanwender bei IT‑Fragen und technischen Problemen.
• Ticketbearbeitung: Analyse, Priorisierung und Behebung im Ticketsystem.
• Administration der Serverlandschaft, Client‑Infrastruktur und Telefonanlage.
• Druckdienst: Verwaltung und Support der Firmendrucker.
• Benutzerverwaltung: Berechtigungen und Kontenverwaltung über IT‑Systeme.
• Monitoring: Überwachung und Analyse der IT‑Systeme zur Fehlerfrüherkennung.

• First‑Level support for end‑users addressing IT questions and technical problems
• Ticket handling: analysis, prioritisation and resolution via our ticketing system
• Administration of the server landscape, client infrastructure and telephone system
• Druckservice: management and support for company printing solutions

• Experience with telephone systems and printing services
