For Germany's leading cybersecurity company, we are looking for an IT System Administrator (m / f / d) for one of the locations in Essen or Munich as soon as possible.

The IT Strategy & Management department is looking for active support to ensure the smooth operation and strategic development of the Windows-based IT infrastructure.
You have sound experience in the administration of Windows servers, Active Directory, Exchange environments and in automation with PowerShell.

Your tasks
- Administration, optimization and maintenance of the Windows-based IT infrastructure (servers and clients)
- Administration of Active Directory, domain controllers and associated group policies
- Support and further development of the Microsoft Exchange environment to ensure availability and security
- Automation of recurring tasks and processes using PowerShell to increase efficiency
- Implementation and administration of client deployment solutions (e.g. SCCM, MDT)
- Creation of technical concepts and comprehensive system documentation as part of change processes
- Analysis and rectification of faults and optimization of the existing infrastructure
- Working closely with other IT teams to ensure system and security requirements are met
Your profile
- Completed studies in computer science or comparable IT training, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration (m / f / d)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the administration of complex Windows Server environments, Active Directory and Exchange
- Sound knowledge of automation with PowerShell
- Experience with Windows Server (from 2012), Windows 10 / 11 and client deployment solutions (SCCM, MDT or similar)
- Ideally knowledge in the areas of network administration and IT security
- A structured, solution-oriented way of working and good time management skills
- A high degree of personal responsibility, the ability to work in a team and the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations
- Communication skills in German and English
