Zusammenfassung

PTV Logistics GmbH is seeking a dedicated IT System Administrator focused on IT Support and Microsoft Entra ID to strengthen our IT team. You will be a key point of contact for internal users and ensure the smooth operation of our IT workplace environment.

In this role you will handle 1st and 2nd level support, process tickets via Atlassian ServiceDesk, manage devices with Intune, and administer Microsoft Entra ID identities, groups, and access policies, including Conditional Access and MFA.

• You support and maintain our Teams-based telephony solution, and provide training and ongoing support to end users.
