Your new Role

• Provide business‑critical in‑house IT support to end‑users across the organization
• Perform onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers
• Handle hardware and software configurations across multiple platforms
• Duly document all incidents and requests and manage a key ticketing system
• Work with your colleagues on the development of the Corporate IT infrastructure

Your Skills

• Juniors and mid‑level are welcome to apply
• Experience with Apple devices and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
• Familiarity with cloud tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other SaaS platforms.
• Being service oriented and a team player
• Proficiency in English, German is a plus.
