Gulp AG in Frankfurt am Main is seeking an experienced IT specialist or IT system administrator to support the operational infrastructure team. You will monitor and stabilize critical systems for a crisis-proof development bank and contribute to bank-compliant security concepts.

Your responsibilities include setting up central monitoring, patch management for Windows servers, and scripting with PowerShell to automate routines.

Qualifications

• Requires completed IT training or comparable degree with practical experience.
• Demonstrable knowledge in administering enterprise monitoring suites.
• Fluent German (C1) for documentation; solid English for international teams.

Your responsibilities will include: setting up and monitoring central monitoring solutions for system optimization; proactively analyzing and resolving errors in complex IT infrastructures; administering and continuously managing patches for the Windows server environment; automating recurring tasks using efficient PowerShell scripts; creating and maintaining bank-compliant operational documentation and security concepts; and ensuring stable system operation in accordance with applicable quality standards.

• Completed IT training or a comparable degree with sound practical experience
• Demonstrable knowledge in the administration of enterprise monitoring suites
• Safe handling of Windows server operating systems including patching
• Experience in scripting with PowerShell for process automation
• Fluent German skills at C1 level for the creation of documentation
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes and bank-regulated security concepts
• Solid English skills for communication in international teams
