Sowelo Consulting seeks an IT Support Team Leader in Germany (Düsseldorf/Cologne area) for onsite or hybrid work. You will lead local project teams, drive end‑user and infrastructure rollouts, enforce IT security, and manage country assets while coordinating with global engineering teams and third‑party vendors.

The role requires 3–5 years of IT leadership or project coordination experience and fluent German and English (B2+). You will report to the MSP division and ensure KPI targets are met.

Our client is seeking an IT Support Team Leader to join their Managed Service division. In this hands‑on technical leadership role, you will guide local project teams, enforce strict IT security compliance, manage in‑country IT assets, and oversee end‑user and infrastructure rollouts. You will work closely with global engineering teams, local authorities, and third‑party vendors to drive project goals and achieve key performance indicators.

It is an Onsite / Hybrid Technical Leadership role.

Key responsibilities:

To be a good fit for the IT Support Team Leader role, you will have:
